
Community Occupational Therapist – North Brisbane

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to provide community based services to our clients in Northern Brisbane

About The Role
You will be responsible for the provision of a high standard of services to eligible clients in the community. Our clients will either require stand-alone treatment or will be treated within a multi-disciplinary team.
Your caseload will require the application of clinic reasoning, evidence-based practice, effective relationship management, compassion, exemplary report writing skills and effective time management. This role would suit an Occupational Therapist with 3- 5 years’ experience providing Occupational Therapy intervention to adult clients with therapeutic requirements.
Your salary package will include a base salary, company vehicle and superannuation. You will also have access to an incentive scheme. We offer a generous CPD allowance and clinical supervision, as well as providing a work phone and laptop.
Our Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Open)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist providing clinical intervention to an adult caseload
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing personal and professional development, and excellence in service provision
- Experience and/or willingness to thrive in a billable environment
Desired
- Knowledge of and experience with NDIS
- Experience supervising students and/or other clinicians
